Hi! I'm Els. I'm a storyteller at a crossroads. I've worn several hats in my professional life, but no matter my vocation, I've always been a writer and artist across several mediums.

Today, you'll find me embracing travel as a means of learning which stories in my heart and mind are most burning to be told, making art along the way. Follow my travels on my blog as I write, paint, and work through a collection of memoir essays.

In my work as a communications professional, I've used creativity, empathy, research and insight to strategically refine brands, manage transitions, and attract sympatico partners and audiences for arts and cultural organizations. With the tools including language, design, and strategic partnerships, I help leverage organizational strengths to craft authentic, unique and compelling voice and content across platforms to communicate values and cultivate enduring engagement.

After years of building and giving voice to arts organizations' brands, I've recently begun offering direct 1:1 creative executive coaching. Using a combination of personalized interactive, creative, and playful activities, we'll explore your story and then dig into more practical analysis of how to approach everything from change management to marketing to manifestation.
